I don't know if it's cloudy or bright,

Not much happening, just felt like singing.
As for clouds? Yes. We had a whomper
of a thunderstorm here tonight.
The heat and humidity were jungle like
and we are not in the tropics.
I did not get a chance to share in
Mother nature's performance because
I was at work.
It would have been superb to have been
able to hear the thunder rumble and listen to the winds howl.
Instead it was the usual chaos of people
who do dumb things during a storm.
(like standing in front of big glass doors
with straight line winds and a possible
tornado. Can someone say BAA? BAAA!)
We all survived needless to say.
And I am ending my day singing
about stars and someone special,
whoever they might someday be.

Great picture! I was able to enjoy the storm, especially since our power only flickered a few times. Lots of folks in this area with no power!

I know the chaos will be repeated, there is a big race tonight. As for the weather? Always possible. It's a known fact that in a short period of time I will go from dry and comfortable to hot and sweaty, lol.
Still folks without power here today, but I did not lose mine, obviously.
We didn't lose power last night, the storm seemed to pass north of us but for some reason, Comcast went out affecting both the TVs and Internet! ARGH! It is just now back on!
Good luck tonite..always the possibility of more storms.
There are still lots of people without power in our area, too. Our row of houses has power, the one next to us is out!
