Question of the day..or week..

D r e a m s

Alright Dear Readers, I have updated the blog with the adventures of the Tea party Cats. (If you have not caught it yet, check out Charlie Tuna strikes back)  And I have vented my frustration for this week as well in the last blog. All my dealings are at a stand still, all waiting for vehicle registration to get completed. And that relies on a ride..which unfortunately backed out today due to illness, and I really need to get to the bank...sigh.

So...I am not going to ask a silly question, I am going to post a serious one..give you something to think about.  I have my dreams, and though they seem fruitless at times, I do still dream. It is the one thing that keeps hope alive for me most of the time. What is your dream? The one thing you really would love to have, or do..or experience. ( it does not have to be X-rated-but if that is your dream, alright then.) I will share mine after I hear back from some folks.

Have a good week, hugs to all..
K

Too may dreams to narrow it down!
I would like to have enough money to live comfortably, not extravagantly, for the rest of my life without being dependent on anyone.
I would like to live in the OBX, or that general area, close enough to see and hear the ocean daily, but not right on the water cuz of hurricanes!
Then, there are the usual dreams of ending world hunger, peace through out the world, you know....the every day dreams!
Love, Mel

Those are wonderful dreams Mel..I could very much enjoy the living by the seashore dream myself. And I have always felt living comfortably was better than extravagantly. Ending hunger and world peace...good as well. Wait..you aren't Miss South Carolina are you? lol..just kidding.

I'm moving in..Gilligan said to tell Willy and Jasper he is coming too. That would be interesting to see..my cowardly cat, who sometimes splats like Willy, and sometimes spazzes like Jasper. I bet they would get along fine. Something very therapeutic about the ocean air...ahhh...a hammock right over there please..thanks.

Ooooooo count me in on the beach move...."got my toes in the water, a$$ in the sand, not a worry in the world, a cold drink in my hand, life is good today, life is good today..." hehehehe

Dreams....what constitutes a dream? Something we want that can't possibly be attained without serious life changes and hard work? If that is so, then I want my health back, and while I am working on it, it's certainly difficult if not attainable. If a dream is something we want that we can obtain with relative ease, just something we need to put on the priority list and get done? If that is the case, then I want to finish the 7 classes I need for my bachelors that I have been working on since 1998! *$@&#^@# But if a dream is simply a wish we make that can not be fulfilled by any means but something that almost means more to us than life itself, then I want David back even if it's just for a short time. There are so many things that went unsaid and so many deeds left undone. If I could go back and do those things, my life would be complete.

Go for the attainable dreams, and I admire you for that. I have a tendency to dream about the impossible. ( to dream the impossible dream) But my dream right now is one born of necessity, being financially solvent. It is going to take a lot of hard work, running, and paying to achieve it, and it might take years. I don't care if I cannot live with riches, as long as my life is rich. I have a great start with wonderful friends.
And I too wish I had more time with a lost loved one. There are many days I wish my Mother was still here, just to talk to.
Very good comment..and you can attain those dreams that we ourselves can achieve. Hugs.
